Talented two year old filly Seabrook has been accepted to run on Saturday at Randwick in one of the lead up golden slipper races, Chandon S Sweet Embrace Stakes Group 2 over 1200m. Its wide spread knowledge that Seabrook was an unlucky casualty of not making the field for last weeks Group 1 Blue Diamond due to not winning enough prize money. Seabrook has the advantage of the booking of the worlds best jockey in Hugh Bowman for Saturdays race.
Seabrook owned and manage by leading Syndicator BlueBlood Thoroughbreds commented this week,”unfortunately Seabrook has drawn an awkward gate, trainer Mick Price has still not decided whether he will run our smart filly or if he will wait for the Riesling Stakes Saturday week. She was unlucky not to get a start in the Blue Diamond and we are desperate to get a start in the Golden Slipper.
