With the John and Chris Ledger polish NUKE was back at his best showcasing a lovely finish to storm over the top of them by a neck. The Smart Missile gelding missed the start slightly but Noel Callow didn’t panic and positioned him beautifully to ensure he was prominent when it counted.

Great to see talented filly UNHINCHED break through today at Benalla for the Maher & Eustace team. She built off her good performance last start when second. Today she showcased the Hinchinbrook bloodlines going home best after sitting midfield.
